Switchplates

HOW LONG UNTIL MY SWITCHPLATES ARRIVE?

You can expect your switchplates to arrive within two weeks.  Since it is impossible to stock every size and individual configuration for over a thousand designs most of our orders are made as they are received.  If you have ordered an unusual configuration, or a design that is not currently in stock, it may take a few more days for us to make the switchplate for you.  All of our switchplates are made right here in West Virginia.

HOW MUCH FOR SHIPPING AND HANDLING?

Shipping and handling charges are $3 for the first switchplate ordered and only $.80 for each additional switchplate. We ship UPS or regular mail, determined by destination and the size of the package.  Please see our Shipping Information tab above for complete shipping information.

HOW DO I MAKE AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN SOMETHING?

Returns or exchanges are accepted for up to 30 days, providing the switchplates are still packaged and have not been mounted on the wall.  Our packaging is crystal clear which enables you to determine if the wrong size switchplate was ordered or the colors don't match you decorating theme.  You may exchange for a different size or design, or receive a full refund, minus shipping.  Send a note along with any items you wish to return to: Switchplate Gallery, RR 4 Box 92, Cameron, WV 26033. Please include a return address and a way to contact you if needed such as a telephone number and/or email address.  Our switchplates are steel, and will not break--but we have received returns that have been bent in the mail!  Please package any returns sufficiently to prevent damage! We cannot issue credit for switchplates damaged due to negligent packaging. We are very easy to get along with, and will do all we can to insure that you are delighted with our switchplates.
