SHIPPING INFORMATION
We ship via U.S Postal Service or United Parcel Service (UPS). During checkout you will have an option to choose your preferred method. Rates for both are shown below. If an order totals over $50.00 we normally recommend shipment via UPS to take advantage of the insurance and tracking availability. UPS will not ship to a P.O. Box so please include a physical address.
U.S. Postal Service
In the continental United States: Shipping fees are shown in the following chart. Orders totalling $150.00 and over will have FREE SHIPPING. The shipping charges will be removed at time of shipment. Credit cards are not charged until an order is ready to ship.
Orders to $23.00........$4.50
$23.01 to $50.00.......$7.50
$50.01 to $75.00......$10.00
$75.01 to $99.99......$12.50
$100.00 to $149.99....$15.00
$150.00 and over......FREE
For Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories: All orders to these areas are sipped via U.S. Postal Service at a rate of $6.00 for first item and $.80 for each additional item.
Canada: All orders to Canada are shipped via U.S. Postal Service at a rate of $10.00 US and $.80 US for each additional item. Please see International Shipping below for more information regarding duties and taxes.
UPS
UPS Ground: $7.00 per order plus $.80 for each item included in order. Arrives 5-7 business days
2nd Day Air: Rates vary by shipping zone. Please call for rates for your area. Arrives in 2 business days.
Next Day Air: Rates vary by shipping zone. Please call for rates for your area. Arrives next business day.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
International shipping is restricted to Canada Only.
The Free Shipping option is not available on International Orders. During checkout, for orders over $150.00, your invoice will show Free Shipping, however, when your order is shipped you will be charged for shipping using the rates below.
Canadian shipments are sent via U.S. Postal Service at a rate of $10.00 US per order plus .80 US for each item included in shipment.
All Canadian fees such as taxes and duties are established by Canadian Customs and not the responsibility of Switchplate Gallery.
Items marked as “Gifts” may be subject to the above fees upon reaching a certain value.
PST and GST taxes may vary by province.
Please check with you local Customs authorities for local rates.
